At Watershed, we believe in crafting a unique dining experience where tradition meets innovation. Our intimate restaurant is near Sunday River Ski Resort, Mt. Abram Ski Resort, and is nestled in the heart of the unspoiled mountain town of  Bethel, Maine and is housed in the town's historic water district building. We offer  Italian cuisine with a local flair, fresh house-made pasta and wood-fired sourdough pizza. Experience the essence of this special place. Come and enjoy our delicious Italian food in a cozy, welcoming and casual atmosphere.

We are open  Thursdays, Fridays, and  Saturdays,  5:00-9:00. LAST seating is 8:30 and the kitchen closes at 9:00. Looking forward to seeing you!

 

​​We are unable to answer the phone because we are actively preparing and cooking and do not have an extra person to answer phone calls.

​​

​We are taking reservations for parties of 8-12 ONLY.  We can only seat these large parties on the  heated covered deck.  20% gratuity may be added for parties of 8 or more.

 

 We literally do not have the kitchen space or extra crew necessary to do takeout.  Again, thank you for understanding.

 

​​We are NOT fine dining. Providing a quality  casual  walk-in dining experience is most important to us. We are a scratch kitchen and use quality ingredients with a seasonally changing menu. 

​

We cannot allow guests to wait in the entry due to fire and safety concerns.  Our  covered heated deck is open! Maine can be chilly, dress warmly. COME EARLY, especially for parties greater than 4 for best chance not having to wait for a table.
